HASA was founded in 2003 and started producing frozen pizzas in January 2006 with a capacity of 36 million units. In the years 2010 to 2012 HASA implemented a second production line and a highly modern frozen warehouse into operation, increasing the output to approximately 120 million pizzas.
The company produces frozen stone-baked pizzas at one of the most modern plants in Europe. The special feature is that the pizzas are baked directly on hot Italian marble. Stone-baked pizzas, „Made in Germany“.
„Our dough production is exclusively based on natural ingredients. Baking powders, hydrogenated fats and other additives are completely excluded from the production process. An unmistakeable taste sensation is achieved with a long dough resting time - light but crunchy. An example here is our premium pizza „Italissimo Deliziosa“ with marinated chicken breast strips, mild green chili peppers and red onions.
Our Italissimo range offers a wide variety of tastes with regional and seasonal characteristics such as the stone-baked pizza, „Italissimo Primavera“, with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, D.G.P. Grana Padano, rocket and Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Our rocket is applied to the pizza by hand.
In addition to these products, the new Hot-Range of Italissimo will be presented during the venue. Topped with extra fruity pineapple and tasty harn, mozzarella cheese meets the South African piquanté pepper giving the „Hot Hawaii“ its sweet yet spicy taste. Defining new standards of seafood pizza, the „Hot Tuna“ combines a delicious creme fraiche sauce and white cheese with chunks of tuna steak refined with a „Sweet Fire Red Pepper Upgrade“. Not to forget the „Hot Mexican“ which is characterized by fiery jalapeños, red onions as well as spicy beef and is a must for all spice-lovers.
