»When we started with the construction of the factory in the middle of a green meadow in mid-2005, we already had fixed ideas about how the best frozen pizza should look in the future. Industrially produced, yet as close as possible to the traditional pizza crafted by our favourite Italian restaurant around the corner. A frozen pizza to stock at home, to have at hand to create a quick and tasty dish for yourself or for guests at any time. A pizza which amazes guests and leaves them asking how you prepared it so quickly because it couldn't have been a ready meal.
An industrially produced pizza which is inexpensive and yet still of high quality.
Without raising agents, additives, flavourings or colourings, only with ingredients that a pizza maker would also use. With a sauce made of pureed tomatoes and the best ingredients for the topping. No substitute cheeses and only the best Edam or mozzarella.
That was our vision when we started production in 2006.
Initially things started very slowly with just a few pizzas per month. Today we send 100 million pizzas to Germany, Europe and beyond every year.
